Dupa aproape un an de cand am deschis acest mic cont, revin pentru a si face ceva cu el. Daca doriti sa va pregatiti de acum pentru primavara-vara, eu va astept cu e-mail-uri, pe messenger, sa imi spuneti ce doriti!<br />

Cele doua articole momentan pe blog : "<em>1001 Idei despre cum sa fi romantic</em>" si "<em>Yoga</em>" sunt traduse din carti in alta limba, si imi cer scuze daca veti gasi unele exprimari un pic mai "motamo".</span><br />

Sunt folositoare pentru incalzirea si relaxarea gatului, fetei si capului. Ve vedea ca intinderile pentru gat pot elibera tensiunea mintala sau stresul pe care il ai.<br />
In timp ce faci aceste intinderi, trebuie sa fi atenta sa-ti trimiti respiratia la muschii pe care vrei sa-I relaxezi din gat. Nu trebuie sa simti niciodata vreun fel de tensiune in timpul acestui exercitiu. Asigura-te ca iti misti capul pana la o pozitie in care simti ca este o intindere comfortabila. Trebuie sa-ti menti atat maxilarul cat si umerii relaxati.<br />

2. Expira si coboara barbia catre piept (vizualizeaza spatiul pe care il creezi la ceafa).<br />

Acest exercitiu este folositor pentru eliberarea tensiunii din partea de sus a spatelui, a umerilor si a gatului. <br />
Pe parcursul exercitiului , asigura-te ca nu ridici umerii. Intinderea trebuie doar sa constea intr-o miscare dute-vino. In al doilea exercitiu incearca sa nu misti umerii in fata si in spate. Pentru ambele exercitii, permite mainilor sa urmeze miscarile umerilor inconstient, adica sa nu le fortezi.<br />

Poti face aceste exercitii pentru a imbunatatii circulatia in partea superioara a corpului, in special in maini, brate, degete si zona din jurul inimii. Aceste exercitii te pot elibera de tensiunea din umeri si gat.<br />
Pe parcursul primului exercitiu, intregul tau corp ar trebui sa se simta echilibrat. Trebuie sa te concentrezi asupra respiratiei in conexiune cu miscarea bratelor.<br />

1. Incepe cu "Mountain Pose"<br />
2. Pozitioneaza mainile ca in "Prayer Pose"<br />
3. Inspira in timp ce ridici mainile circular si le impreunezi asupra capului. Asigura-te ca umerii sunt relaxati. Bratele trebuie sa fie drepte, dar coturile sa nu le tineti rigide.<br />
4. Roteste palmele .<br />
5. Expira in timp ce cobori mainile, tot circular, pe langa corp, si apoi revino cu ele in "Prayer Pose" in fata pieptului.<br />
6. Repeta pasii 3 si 5 timp de 3-5 ori.<br />

Aceasta pozitie este o pozitie de baza a bratelor, pe care o poti efectua atat stand in picioare cat si stand jos. Creste flexibilitatea incheieturii mainii.<br />
In timpul acestei pozitii, ridica pieptul si da umerii pe spate, relaxeaza umerii si coatele. Asigura-te ca mentii o mica presiune intre palme.<br />
Poti de asemenea sa faci si "Reverse Prayer Pose", care este foarte similara cu "Prayer Pose", numai ca mainile vor fi la spate. Aceasta poztie iti intinde umerii si coatele, in plus fata de cresterea flexibilitatii bratelor, incheieturior, mainilor si degetelor. In "Reverse Prayer Pose", mainile treuie pozitionate intre omoplati, dar du mainile doar pana unde te simti comfortabil, fara a te forta.<br />

Pentru a fi sigura ca respiri corect, asigura-te ca postura este corespunzatoare, coloana vertebrala este dreapta si umerii relaxati. Postura corecta ajuta ca plamanii sa aiba spatiu maxim pentru a se extinde in piept. Respiratia adanca maximizeaza cata energie aduci corpului tau. Acest exercitiu iti intareste pieptul, plamanul si muschii diafragmei, in timp ce creste capacitatea plamanilor. Pe parcursul acestui exercitiu , concentreaza asupra expansiunii abdomenului,a coastelor si apoi a pieptului. Poti deasemenea sa simti miscarea respiratiei sus catre umeri. Cand expiri, simte aceleasi zone scazand, incepand cu pieptul, apoi cu coastele si terminad cu abdomenul. Corpul tau ar trebui sa se inmoaie si sa se elibereze cand expiri. <br />
Daca gatul este incordat, foloseste o perna sau o patura impaturita si pune-o sub cap.Daca te doare spatele, pune o perna mare sub genunchi. Poti de asemenea sa eliberi spatele de tensiune indoindu-ti genunchii, dar fara ai apropia, sa fie in linie cu soldurile.<br />

Prin practicarea de yoga, vei descoperi ca ti-ai dezvoltat o gandire mai pozitiva asupra vietii. Ea incurajeaza reflectarea asupra propriei persoane si auto-observarea, ajutand la eliberarea anxietatii, ostilitatii si depresiei pe care poate o simti. <br />

Acest articol este despre cum sa redescoperirea pasiunii si a intimitatii. Este pentru cei tineri si adulti, singuri si casatoriti, fete si baieti.Este pentru tine daca vrei sa-ti transformi relatia intr-o poveste de dragoste.<br />
De ce sunt asa de multe relatii mediocre si plictisitoare?Nu din cauza ca duc lipsa de dragoste, ci pentru ca duc lipsa de romantism. Dragostea este calduta, pe cand romatismul este incitant, fierbinte!<br />
